Tree # Three

Tree # Three is some what similar to Mambo # Five, which happens to be mine and Zack's favorite song. If you have ever been inside my car you will have noticed that I have a little dashboard shrine composed of plastic trees and an Aqua Teen sticker. I found the first tree on the ground over two years ago, the second one was discovered by John Choi roughly six months ago, and the third one I found yesterday! There are other pictures from this glorious day as well.

Starting the day off with a new plastic tree.

Choi knocked this guy's beer over while skating so we hooked up him up with two more.

Straight ripping!

Photobucket
We skated EMP for an insanely long time. Good thing there was a couch.

Dave came to town and posed ever so nicely.

Halba took over my job.

Some one is holding it down for the "Kev's."

The Nugget Becomes a Man

21 years ago an able bodied boy was born. This Boy was given the name Jon but somewhere down the road he acquired the nickname Nugget. I prefer Chron Nugyen or Drugget. Here are some pictures of the grown up Nug.

One year older, but looking 3 years cuter.

Burning sloooooowwwwww.

The Blvd. Revisited

A while back I documented my little skate down Los Gatos Blvd. I ended up heading back home in a hurry due to an overwhelming urge to poop. Yesterday I picked up where I left off.

Photobucket
Good ol' NC board shop.

Photobucket
The Blvd. is a mysterious place filled with wonder and intrigue. What is at the end of this street? We may never know!

Photobucket
This house has been abandoned "for as long as I can remember," according to my father.

Photobucket
I had no idea this was here...

Photobucket
...I normally am too busy eyeing the two stair rails in the front.

Photobucket
At some point this get crazy and Los Gatos Blvd, becomes LG Blvd.

Photobucket
Sometimes I find myself wondering what I would have turned out like if I had gone to Los Gatos High School.

Photobucket
Eventually the Blvd. becomes Main street...

Photobucket
...and downtown begins, which is a whole other Clog post.

The Latest Pie

I present to you a pie I have been meaning to make for quite some time now...

The Coffee Butter Crunch Pie

The Guadalupe Experience

It is quite an experience to experience the Guadalupe experience. It is also interesting to look at the word Guadalupe several times because it starts to look like a fake word. Anyways, the bros and I have been spending more time on the banks of this majestic river than most vagrants. Here is a clip of Peter getting gnarly, Erik getting Huck Fin on, and Zack getting his switch hardflip on. By the end of the summer I hope to have a full length "Adventures Along the Guadalupe" DVD completed. Mark Twain would be proud.

Blame Canada

Leave it to Canada to be responsible for a pie that is composed of tofu, berries, and maple syrup. I had been curious about this recipe for some time now because it also claims to be organic and tasty. I also had my doubts about this pie, but it far exceeded my expectations. I am going to need a human liver or something in exchange for this pie because it is both complicated and expensive.
